Contributor Agreements

These Agreements govern the terms by which photographers, videographers or other artists provide stock photos, video and other media content to members of the ufocus.com community, on a non- exclusive and/or exclusive basis through the website located at www.ufocus.com (the “ufocus Site”), and to other prospective purchasers through other distribution venues as provided for in these agreements.
